Integral to Physical Education is the acquisition of movement skills, concepts and strategies that enable students to confidently and competently participate in a range of physical activities.

Daily Fitness for students in Year 1-6 is delivered by a motivated staff and embraced by the students. The focus is on exciting and rigorous activities to develop aerobic fitness and flexibility.

Physical Education lessons are also provided for students from Year 1-6. Students are engaged in an active program that develops their fundamental movement skills including the skills of body management, locomotion, catching, throwing kicking and hitting as well as game strategy and tactics.

Sport lessons include swimming, volleyball, soccer, netball, football, cricket, cross country and athletics at the school, interschool and State level. All students are provided with the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sporting activities.
